Terms of Service
These terms describe the acceptable use of Lightwork, a private task management and AI-assisted planning app.
Private app access
Lightwork is a private app for approved users and invited workspaces. You may use the app only with an account you are authorized to access.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using connected providers such as Google and GitHub only for accounts you control or are authorized to connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lightwork to store or transmit unlawful content, malware, abusive material, or data you do not have permission to process.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, workspace permissions, rate limits, CSRF protections, or provider restrictions.
Connected services
Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, GitHub, Resend, Web Push, xAI/Grok, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other services may be used to provide Lightwork features. Their availability and behavior can affect app functionality.
Google Calendar actions are only performed when you connect a Google account and use calendar features. Created calendar events are tied to the task or workflow that triggered them.
AI-generated output
Lightwork can use AI to transform natural-language task intake into structured tasks, categories, tags, priorities, subtasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and related suggestions.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing tasks, deadlines, calendar events, and external actions before relying on them.
Privacy
The Lightwork Privacy Policy explains how account, workspace, task, Google, GitHub, notification, and provider data is accessed, used, stored, and shared.
Privacy or terms questions can be sent to caio.faheina@acomanaus.com.br.
Changes
Lightwork may update these terms or the Privacy Policy when the app, providers, security practices, or legal requirements change.
If the way Lightwork uses Google user data materially changes, users will be notified and asked to consent where required before the new use begins.
